As a born and raised Nebraskan, I love to explore beyond the midwest to new fantastic worlds. I founded Red Dog Productions in 2023 with the goal of embracing the evolving entertainment industry through indie filmmaking and dark comedy. My award-winning debut feature, MOUNTAIN KING, is currently making its way through the festival circuit and has racked up three Best Feature and two Best Director wins, as well as awards for Best Production Design, Best Score, and Best Supporting Actor.

While I’m based in LA, I’m currently in Nebraska directing my sophomore feature, I’M SORRY, MATT 06, which is my love letter to the midwest and my mother’s many dating exploits.

When I’m not directing features, I work as a producer, writer, and director at children’s new media company, PocketWatch. There, I’ve produced over fifteen television series, which have all been acquired by streamers and platforms such as Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, YouTube Originals, and Roku TV.

From cornfields, to studying at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, to moving Los Angeles - I love shifting with the industry and partnering with independent filmmakers across the country.
